About the Squad.
Community Access Squad first started in 2015 and our team of leaders have worked hard to bring together like minded peers (aged 13+) with varying abilities to be able to experience all that our society has to offer. We aim to engage every individual in a focused and meaningful way through community based inclusive outings.
The Community Access Squad embraces diversity and inclusion and we thrive on supporting friendships, developing life skills, and improving personal well-being and mindfulness. Through our pre-planned flexible programming we strive to create events that assist our members who require a little extra help to develop the necessary skills and abilities to access our community to the fullest. We implement choice, control and flexibility by supporting you while you take charge of your life and engage with your community.
With thousands of events completed and tens of thousands of partipant bookings you can assue a safe, fun and rewarding day out with us. If you need a personal one to one outing of your own choosing we can accomadate with a large list of leaders to choose from.

âMaking life long friends and experiences that weâll remember forever.

Squad leaders.
Our unique services are supported by our Squad Leaders who are highly qualified and trusted educators - they are far more than just support workers. Our Squad Leaders use their experience in education, youth work, sport science, OT and guided learning to endeavor to make sure all Squad members are achieving their maximum potential. We keep a tight knit community of the best mentors allowing us to maintain our fine reputation and highly trusted services. We only hire career minded support workers looking to make a life with CAS and our participants as we aim to avoid casual carers who come and go. This commitment from our staff is at the heart of our service allowing consistency, reliability, quality and professionalism.
Our Leaders have extensive knowledge and experience working with young adults with varying abilities. They engage our participants through a range of communication methods, such as, but not limited to; assisted communication devices, Auslan, and key word sign.
