Squad members can join our once a week recycle work program via the very succesful Containers for Change program. Do you want to make money whilst helping the environment? Then this is the day for you. Build self esteem and a high sense of purpose / self worth through Squad Services. Our recycle program uses the power of the community to engage with supporters of CAS to collect thousands of recyclable containers every single week. This allows us to pay our participants for their hard work and efforts. All this whilst participating with mates and having fun, learning work skills from our devoted mentors (Squad leaders) and the priceless life long skills that come with any job. We are currently on target to recycle over ONE MILLION containers by the end of 2027. Participants receive all the money back evenly distrubuted amongst the team which they can then spend how they choose which helps develop those all important financial skills. We aim to work on all employment related skills, self esteem/ self worth whilst increasing social, community and civic participation.
